Volleyball camps in Montenegro
Montenegro offers the same Adriatic sea as Italy or Croatia at a noticeably lower price and with simpler logistics. The coast is compact: the drive from the airport to the courts is usually under an hour, and hotels, beaches and courts sit close together, so a training week does not turn into daily commuting.
Camps are based around the Budva riviera and Tivat, where the sand and fine-shingle beaches allow proper beach volleyball courts. The country is small enough that you can train in the morning and be in the mountains or out on the water by the afternoon, which makes it an easy sell for players travelling with a non-playing partner.
Before you book
- Season. June to September; May and October are comfortable for training but cool for swimming.
- Getting there. Two airports, Tivat and Podgorica, plus buses along the coast.
- Format. Mostly beach volleyball, often finishing the week with a tournament.
